We unfortunately had lost touch the past few years but I have so many good memories of Irene and Howie - my dear neighbours on Halstead Street, -of the back yard neighbourhood BBQ's, of our trips to Quebec City and to the Maritimes and later trips out to Sun-On-The-Brow.

Condolence: Howie and Irene were definitely a dynamic team that
we were lucky to know and work with on a number of occasions. They helped a lot of people in ways that most people knew nothing about. I remember working with Howie on one project and when I asked him why he was doing it he said "Life has been good to us it is time to give some back." He then kept on working and nothing more was said. The world needs more Howie Martins. We will miss ya buddy.
